Giftun Azur Resort, Hurghada

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The relaxing garden view rooms were great, but dealing with the tons of cannibal mosquitos due to poor ventilation was a nightmare. The extra bed in the room was useless with a missing leg, adding to the disappointment.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Hurghada, making everything easily reachable. The rooms, although a bit small, are always kept clean daily. The staff, including friendly individuals like Ahmed and Omar from reception to Mouhamed Salah, are welcoming and nice. However, some improvements could enhance the overall experience, such as adding a dance area and a non-smoking section to address the issue of too many people smoking and saving sun loungers with towels.

The hotel is located on the touristic promenade with easy access to shops and cafes, offering a nice and cozy room ambiance. However, there were some issues with cleanliness and maintenance, notably bed insects in the rooms.

My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms had a lovely atmosphere with a spacious garden view but lacked privacy due to see-through sliding doors. The bed was not a standard king size. The service was decent, although there were ongoing renovations. The location was convenient with proximity to shops and restaurants. The dining facilities were in need of renovation and limited. Overall, it was an average experience with some positives and negatives.

The hotel rooms were not as spacious as depicted in the photos, but they were cozy and warm. The night shows provided entertainment and enjoyment throughout my stay, despite the initial room not being ready upon my arrival. However, everything turned out well thereafter.
